09/06

Orange County Rescue Squad was dispatched at 15:26 to OC Box# 2102 for an  Auto Accident W/ ENT at Constitution Hwy (Rt. 20) in the area of Gold Dale Rd. Upon arrival of Medic 21 they found one (1) vehicle on it's side with four (4) Occupants out of the vehicle with no entrapment. Engine Co. 21 Placed Squad 234 in-service at 15:31 and units arrived on scene and cleared up soon after

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 17:45 to OC Box# 2300 for an Auto Accident W/ ENT. at 117 Berry St.  Upon arrival of OCSO and OCRS there was a car in to the stair-well of the apartment complex, with no entrapment and only one injury. OVFC stabilized the car and hazards and went clear at 18:05 and OCEMS Duty Officer obtained a patient refusal and went clear also.

On Friday May 14th 2010 at Orange County High School the yearly Mock-Car Crash for Prom.  The event will be held at the rear of the High School on the track at 10:30am.
Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 16:27 to OC Box# 2500 for a Auto Accident W/ Unk ENT. in the area of Shifflett Rd. and Spotswood Trl. Chief 25 arrived  and took command, Chief 25 advised he had no patients. Placing all OCRS unit's in service. Units cleared soon after

Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 20:32 to OC Box# 2300 for a Smoke in Commerical Structure at 543 N. Madison Rd. "Maxway". Chief 23 arrived on scene, advided he had nothing showing alpha side out checking  and took N. Madison Rd. command. When Engine 23 arrived the did  a search inside. All other units staged in the parking lot. Units cleared at 21:13, Chief 23 advised it was an issue with the A/C.

03/06 

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 17:00 to OC Box# 2300 for a Structure Fire at 16823 Monrovia Rd. Dispatch advised to responding units that it was a working fire in the bedroom with fire on the bed and going up the wall. Tanker 23 arrived on scene and advised he had smoke and fire showing in the bed room and that the fire was under control. Capt. 23 would have Monrovia Rd. command, and requested that all units continue in and stage on Monrovia Rd. Units on scene cleared up about 45 minutes later.

02/25

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 15:04 to OC Box# 2322 for a Auto Accident W/Entrapment x2 at Constitution Hwy (Rt. 20) and Village Rd. Per EMS 600 Onsite, He advised he had 2 patients trapped with one critical patient. EMS 600 also advised he needed a Medevac for the critical patient. Engine 21 took LZ Command, and LZ was placed at Village Feed. Both patients were extracated and transprted to local hospitals. EMS 600 terminated command and units cleared soon after.

January 2010

 01/18

Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 14:34 to OC Box# 2300 for Auto Accident at 13220 James Madison Hwy. (Rt. 15) units were dispatched for a motorcycle that had been hit by a semi-truck. Upon arrival of response 23 and chief 23 the patient was complaining of no injuries. Units went ready soon after.

  Orange EMS was dispatched at 15:25 to OC Box# 2300  for a Medical Emergency at 268 Lindsay Dr. on top floor. Squad 234 provided lift assist to Medic 23.

Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 15:07 to OC Box# 2300 for Smoke in a Commercial Sturcuture at 101 Byrd St. Orange 7-11. Response 23 on scene with smoke showing from the alpha side. Chief 23 arrived on scene and took Byrd St. command. Smoke was comming from the drink machine and all units were clear from scene within 30 minutes.

Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 10:45 to OC Box# 2301 for a report of Auto Accident W/ Entrapment on Elmwood Farm Rd. at the intersection of Rapidan Rd.  Chief 23 arrived onscene and advised he had single vehicle overturned in the ditch with one confirmed entrapment. Squad 234 arrived on scene to extracate the patient. Units went clear soon after.

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched in the early morning hours to OC Box# 2303 for a report of a Structure Fire on Old Gordonsville Rd. at the intersection of Mountain Track Rd.  Chief 23 arrived on scene and advised he had heavy smoke from the Charlie-Delta corner. Chief 23 marked fire under-control within 10 minutes. Units cleared soon after.

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 16:54 to OC Box# 2314 for a report of an auto accident at Constitution Hwy (Rt. 20) and Porter Rd. Squad 234 arrived on scene and reported all occupants were out of the vehicle and it was a two car rear end collision. Chief 23 had Rt. 20 command.

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 19:05 to OC Box# 2300 for a report of Smoke Inside a Residence on James Madison Hwy (Rt. 15). Engine 23 marked on scene and advised to Upgrade the call to a Working Structure Fire. Engine 23 had command.

10/27 

 Barboursville Fire and Orange EMS were dispatched at 12:25 to OC Box# 2500 for a Dryer Fire Inside a Residence on Eheart Ln. Once responding dispatch advised the caller said the dryer was smoking and was on fire and the occupants had evacuated the residence. Chief 25 marked on scene with Eheart Ln. command, Then advised the fire was out holding with himself and Wagon 25.

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 12:47 to OC Box# 2318 for a report of an "Auto Accident" at 21415 Monrovia Rd. at the intersection of Marquia Rd. and Grove Ln.  Once responding dispatch informed responding units it was for a Motocycle that had run off the road.

 Orange EMS was dispatched at 20:28 to OC Box# 2303 for a report of a "Severe Bleed" at 13085 James Madison Hwy. (Rt. 15) at Central Virginia Regional Jail. Rescue 230 transported one patient to Culpeper Regional Hospital.

 Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 07:40 to OC Box# 2103 for a report of an "Auto Accident involving a School Bus" at the intersection of Constitution Hwy. (Rt. 20) and Zoar Rd.  Medic 21 advised upon arrival "Two car T-Bone MVA involving a School Bus with several patients." units cleared at 09:50

 Orange EMS was dispatched at 19:34 to OC Box# 2303 for a report of an "Injury from an Auto Accident" at the intersection of James Madison Hwy. (Rt. 15) and Madison Run Rd.  For a report of a single vehicle MVA in the median strip with no road hazard, and one possible patient.  Engine 23 cleared from a fire call and was enroute back to the station when they came across the accident an stopped to assist the sheriff's dept. and Rescue 230.

9/1 

  Orange Fire and EMS were dispatched at 21:44 to OC Box# 2303 for a report of an "Auto Accident Overturned W/ No Entrapment" at intersection of James Madison Hwy. (Rt.15) and Sedwick Ln. Upon Chief 23's arrival he advised "Vehicle was on all four tires not overturned with all subjects out of the vehicle and Chief 23 will have Command". Upon Medic 230's arrival they evaluated one patient  and went ready within five minutes.

 Orange Fire and Ems are dispatched at 13:45 to OC Box# 2306 for a report of a "Motorcycle Accident" on Mt. Sharon Rd. near the intersection of Mt. Sharon Ln. on the Rt. 20 side. As a Result Squad 23 Set up an LZ for one Patient.
